The technical stuff.
This course is designed to take you an hour a day for 35 days, with a majority of that time spent journaling. The course material will release once a week for 35 days. After that, you'll have access to it now and forever, so you can take as much or as little time as you want finishing the course.
This course is hosted on a program called Teachable. I use Teachable because 1. my students love how easy it is to use, 2. I've both taken and taught multiple courses on this platform and love how easy and intuitive it is.
If you ever have a problem using Teachable, please let me know at [email protected] and I'll help you through it as soon as possible.
Throughout the course, you'll get worksheets and cheatsheets in PDF form that you can download and print. You'll also want to get a nice pen that doesn't leave ink blots everywhere and a notebook that makes you happy to write in.
You'll be getting emails from me periodically throughout this course. Please add both [email protected] and [email protected] to your contact list to avoid your class material from ending up in spam. If you use gmail, please move my messages from your "promotions" tab to your "primary" tab to make sure you see them.
You're welcome to interact with each other in the comments – and I encourage you to do so! – but please be kind and give advice only if someone asks for it. Any shaming or rude comments will get you thrown out of the course without a refund.
